আমড়া

A fast-growing deciduous tropical fruit tree, commonly reaching about 15–25 meters tall when mature and sometimes growing taller.It has a broad spreading crown, pinnate compound leaves, and clusters of oval fruits that change from green to yellow or golden-yellow when ripe. The fruits have a juicy, sweet-to-acidic taste and can be eaten fresh or used for juices, jams, jellies and other food preparations. It grows best in warm tropical climates, with good sunlight and well-drained soil, and can grow naturally in forests, farms and disturbed areas.
